Here's the RYA's summary of the junior scheme courses. Some of these are run by the club, and it's a useful benchmark for understanding the level your sailing's at and the things you should be focussing on next.

Youth Courses: Stage 1-4

Technique videos

A really good series of short video clips, explaining how to get the most from the key manouvres in your boat: covers mark rounding, tacking, gybing, accelerating fast and stopping on the start line for Fevas, Toppers, Lasers, Oppies and some others.
